Floods in San Bernardino

According to a NWS meteorologist named Adam Roser, a flash flood warning was issued at 4:23 p.m. after it was reported that Yucaipa had received 0.85 inches of rain in 15 minutes. Roser also mentioned that the storm was fairly localised. In addition, the cities of Redlands and Beaumont were affected by the warmth. A flood watch has been issued for the mountains of Los Angeles County and is expected to remain in place through Monday night.
