 The warning for flash flooding in certain sections of Riverside and San Bernardino counties has been lifted. Image source An afternoon storm that dumped considerable rain on Yucaipa and Calimesa, which are located in San Bernardino and Riverside counties, prompted the National Weather Service to issue a warning about the potential for flash flooding on September 28.
